IRMA evaluated NRC’s scale-up and consolidation in response to the outbreak of conflict in South Sudan in 2013. The evaluation focused on the role of preparedness and its impact on the quality of the response. IRMA also produced recommendations for enhancements to NRC’s national, regional and global-level preparedness for rapid responses.
